清淡牛肉汤

喝惯了浓郁的牛肉汤,妈妈决定换个菜谱,简简单单的以牛肉熬白菜头。牛肉炖得火候刚刚好,肉已经化了,牛肉味依然淡淡飘香。这一碗,配上面条应该也很棒吧?
