曼谷之所以是我最爱的城市之一,完完全全归功于美食。
其实,我相信世界上任何一个国家都总有些特别出色的餐厅、档口让我回味无穷。可是,当我说某某城市食物很美味时,我指的是他们的平均水平。曼谷,正是那种随便挑一个路边摊也不会失望的美食城市。再加上从槟城直飞曼谷只需一小时半,偶尔到曼谷绕一圈实在是一件非常让我难以抗拒的事情。于是,因为亚航的便宜机票,我们又去了曼谷……我们是一群已经去过了曼谷,不想观光只想吃的一群……
以下是我们的吃的清单(零零散散买的小食、饮料、甜品等不算),让你参考怎样在曼谷吃撑。(行程改天有mood再说)

17:35抵达DMK。因过海关、堵车等超级花时间的事儿,等我们到达住处,已经是傍晚七点多了。屋主等着迎接我们,给我们讲解种种要注意的事项。直到傍晚八点多才终于开始了我们的第一站:Somsak Claypot Crab。我个人觉得这是烹调冬粉的最高境界。我们来这儿吃,抢的是冬粉和葱,虾和螃蟹次要。葱都把海鲜的鲜甜吸收了,并给这鲜甜增添了葱特有的清香,冬粉把这些鲜甜清香都给吸收了,还加了胡椒的淡淡辛辣芳香。这档冬粉绝对是我到曼谷必吃的美食。

从Somsak Claypot Crab可以走到Pad Thai Narok Taek。我本身对pad thai并不疯狂,不会为了pad thai千里迢迢觅食。不过,到泰国总免不了会吃上几次pad thai的,个人觉得这是我吃过最好吃的。镬气足、味道balance,我们点的咸蛋pad thai和虾米pad thai都非常出色。那家网络上大家声称最好吃的pad thai和这完全没法比较。(在Thipsamai排了整个小时的队,吃了第一口的失望,我很难跟你形容。)

从Pad Thai Narok Taek走回Wongwian Yai站,乘BTS到Chong Nongsi,轻轻松松走到Lek Seafood。Lek Seafood我已经是常客了。我们之前喜欢住在Chong Nongsi附近,Lek Seafood是必经之路,是我们夜宵首选。Lek Seafood简简单单的美食可不是那些唐人街网红海鲜店可以媲美的。我最爱的是“Fried snake fish head with spicy herb”,泰国人用香料最刺激味蕾。

幸福是,暖暖羊肉汤、牛杂汤作为早晨第一餐。Wattana Panich据说有一锅熬了几十年的汤底,不管真假,反正人家的汤就是香味浓郁,而牛肉又煮的暖嫩暖嫩的。在游客到来前,吃一碗牛肉果条吧。(我们碗里可能也有牛鞭之类的东西,但反正我们不会分辨,就吃呗)

吃完了Wattana Panich,再走路到Nhong Rim Klong实现蟹肉自由。这家餐厅最适合懒人,蟹肉虾肉全剥了壳,大家吃得可开心了。他们的蟹肉蛋包也出名,但老实说,还是Jay Fai的比较好吃。(可是啊,Jay Fai的人龙和性价比并不是我可以接受的。吃过一次就不想再去排队了。吃别家的其实也不错。)还有呵, 这家餐厅的分量比较大,点菜时别兴奋过度,我们点多了,撑!

烈日炎炎,我们在购物中心随意逛后决定回去住处吹冷气,于是选择回去我们的Original Pad Krapao吃pad krapao。Pad krapao绝对是我最爱的泰国美食之一。问题是,这道菜肴是那种易学难精的美食。煮,好像大家都会,不就是肉碎、九层塔、鱼露和辣椒,外加个煎蛋。可是要炒得叫人念念不忘可就不简单了。我们特爱的这一家,米饭选的是上等香米,单吃白饭也可口,牛肉炒九层塔不干不湿(我不爱湿的pad krapao,但也怕人家炒得干瘪瘪),牛肉九层塔鱼露互不抢对方光芒。太好吃了!而他们的各款煎蛋,也是莫名好吃。把最简单的食物弄得比山珍海味更叫人向往。(我希望他们永远不会成为网红店!呵呵)

晚餐,我们到Jeh O Chula去。自从Klook上发现可以预买voucher而省去排队的时间,Jeh O就成了我们曼谷必吃。吃个快熟面上百人排队,这餐厅真把快熟面发扬光大了。因为voucher是没法子选择菜单的,所以我们至今没有尝试过别的菜肴,但我们也不介意,反正每一道都叫人回味。

当晚十一点左右,又觉得好像可以再吃点什么,于是在Grab上随便找了家还在经营的泰国煮炒,点了一些回来当夜宵。这一餐,因为我们都不点白饭,咸死了!原以为有猪血有蒜米炸肉,大家都满怀期待的,真的失策!

我们这一天走“文青路线”,去了TCDC装逼,当然也要到Balzac吃法式点心去。这家店铺去年十二月才开始营业,老板是个瑞士人,Balzac既是间咖啡馆,也是家书店,又是个画廊,浓浓的法国气息。如果不是曼谷那可恶的极度闷热气候,Balzac可轻易把你带到Montmartre去。

我们继续步行,到100 Mahaseth Si Phraya来个相对比较atas一点的午餐。当中dry aged tongue和牛骨髓两道菜肴最让我惊艳。也这样子开锁了新食材perilla seeds。微微烤过的perilla seeds好吃极了,有点像鱼籽的口感,但更香脆一些。作为配菜实在是画龙点睛。之前听Kevin说他们的猪血天下无双,我们把menu由头到尾看了几遍都找不着,有点遗憾。

最后,我们乘船到Rongros吃晚餐去。话说去年我们到Rongros和附近几家餐厅想要看日落,到了才发觉河岸的餐厅都已经满座。抱着遗憾,我们今年的trip,我一早就到Rongros的Instragram上订座,完完全全就是为美景而来。什么美景呢?就是Wat Arun在夕阳下的剪影。这家餐厅也在米其林出现,食物不差,但也不至于叫人惊艳得想要再访。下次想要看日落,就要找别家试试了。

在Rongros度过了个愉快的傍晚,我们决定继续追寻mookata,于是去了家非常地道的Iam Pochana。这家,我们以后一定会再到访。Mookata我可不是粉丝,但是他家的牛杂火锅真是天下无双。他们的煮炒水准也很高的,我们点了一蝶干炒牛肉和一碟皮蛋炒肉,镬气一流,生熟度适中,蒜香牛肉片蒜味十足牛肉软嫩。太!好!吃!

这一天,我们一早就到我们的uncle那儿吃tomyam kung。以前要找这uncle,是到google上找tomyamjung banglamphu。可是Covid后我们第一次到访时,发觉“揸镬铲”的uncle aunty都换上年轻人了,味道也不一样了,失望之至。后来我在Instagram上看见泰国当地人post这个,怎么看都是我们的uncle的模样,于是去年年底来这家店做requalification,虽然aunty也不在了,味道也稍微偏了,但仍然是经济美味的,于是我们又来了。喝冬炎吃鲜虾吃椰芯吃芦笋,快乐似神仙。

下午shopping后我们第一站是到Mont NomSod。可能很多人认为到Mont NomSod是为了烤面包,但其实我们队里有人特爱这里蒸面包的老味道和他们的kaya。我不嗜甜,但我欣赏他们把老面包摊子的味道给传承了下来,赋予年轻的活力。

在Mont NomSod吃了甜食,我们再走到Kope Hya Tai Kee喝泰式咖啡,我乘机点上一些咸香味的下午茶。要了个green curry和roti。队友们不喜欢他的roti太油,但我觉得其实吃不多的话其实可以,主要是Green curry做得真心不错。他们家的泰式咖啡也不会太甜,炎炎下午来个冰冷咖啡,正合我意。

这一天,起个早,打算狠狠的吃一堆美食才回家。
我们又到Chinatown一带去,首先先来个猪脚饭。这Nai Uu Pork Leg Stew和Jae Phon Lang Lerdsin的猪脚煮法不同,这家卤汁偏淡,但清香。蘸的辣椒可好吃了!我们点了一份到对面街吃去(回来给钱时才发觉他们有猪血汤!下次一定要点!)对面卖的是炒粿角和烤肉串。我们就坐在炒粿角的档口吃这三样食物。他们小贩普遍上不计较,可以互相把食物捧到对方那儿去,做游客的我们可开心了。

过后,我们再走到Pa Tong Go Saveoy Yaowarat吃泰式油条。他们的油条现炸,可以蘸kaya,还有烘了放上雪糕的。我还是最爱老老实实的吃原味油条,并和他们店里的生招牌玩。这家,可以再来。

最后,我们终于是吃了弄巷间的鱼鳔汤。要吃Jok One Table,必须在小巷里经过许多美食摊子(那些脆皮烧肉、百年炸糕、猪肉焖竹笋、酸菜汤等,看得我们口水猛流,下次一定要再来)。Jok One Table早上只卖鱼鳔汤和烧卖,晚上才是泰式煮炒。改天我们早上来吃别个档口的食物,晚上才来吃Jok One Table。他们家鱼鳔汤香味浓郁,用的醋应该也不错,味道都“吊”出来了,值得特地前来。

吃了鱼鳔汤,我们决定到Tang Bak Seng Antique Coffee喝杯咖啡才回去住处整理行李准备回家。这Tang Bak Seng Antique Coffee绝对像我小时候住在垄尾时老家路口那家咖啡店,木桌木椅,墙上吊着各种零食小吃,还停留在七、八十年代的模样。咖啡头手年纪不小了,这一切,很快就会成为过去了…… 咖啡偏甜(泰国传统味道嘛),但无损我对这老店的偏爱。有一种情怀,解释不来。
回到住处,想想,又不舍得这样子就回槟城,于是我们又grab了。又吃我们最爱的pad krapao,也吃上了这次没去的SomtamDer。在曼谷order Grab真的很开心。
