近年来大家都推崇健康美食,擂茶在吉隆坡一带开始成为一种时尚。我倒是在The Curve里头吃过一顿素食擂茶,印象普通。

aunty说有两种吃法,一是把桌上那一碟碟的食材拌饭,擂茶汤当饮料;另一种吃法是食材拌饭后,冲入擂茶汤。我两者皆试,但偏爱第二种吃法,觉得那碗饭香味四溢,唇齿余香。
问过aunty那锅擂茶汤究竟怎么煮?aunty说了几种材料名称, 我一来对各式食材的vocab有限,二来忙着和爱敏有一搭没一搭地聊着,回到家就什么都忘了。后来到网上查一查,方知那茶是以生茶叶、芝麻、花生、紫苏、九层塔、香菜、香葱、姜汁等放入擂缽研磨成粉,加盐冲热开水而成。
下一回一定要提早到,看看aunty的擂茶是怎么做的。(我倒是在网络上看过图文并茂的擂茶制作过程)

I'm sure aunty doesn't mind. But do you really think you come back THAT often? ;p
at least i think for a person who work in sg, i considered as gg home quite frequently :P
